How To Order Your Oak Framed Structure

If the exact structure you require is available above, you can place your order securely on this website, or can call us on 01455 209 038 to place your order.

If you'd like something bespoke, give us a call on 01455 209 038 or email enquiries@coltmanbros.co.uk with your requirements and we can give you a fixed quote.

Our ordering process is:

1 order

When you are ready to proceed, place your order online or over the phone.

2 Design

We create a computer design to your exact requirements. This takes 2 or 3 working days. We can change the design at this stage if required until you're happy. Many people consult their builder at this point to double check the details.

3 Production

You approve the drawings and we put your structure into production. It is from this point that our quoted lead time begins. During this time, many people use the approved drawings to get all of their groundworks in place.

4 Delivery

When your oak structure is completed, we work with you to arrange delivery on a suitable day.

Timber Structure Delivery Information

We can deliver to anywhere in the country using our own vehicles. Your oak structure will be arrive all flat packed. You will require mechanical off load, or enough people to lift it off the vehicle! We can also arrange, via external contractor, a ‘HI AB’ off load, please contact us for prices.

We are currently working on an approximate 4-8 weeks lead time from final drawing sign off.

Homeware Collection Information

Product Collection

Standard items will be ready to collect 24 hours after payment has been received.

Bespoke items will be ready to collect 5 days after payment has been received.

If there are any changes to your collection time, a member of the Coltman Bros team will be in touch.

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation as proof when collecting your item or items.
