Description
A new timber framed porch can dramatically transform the look of an existing house adding interest and value as well as providing a buffer between your home and the outside world. Our porches add character and value to all properties from old traditional to modern style homes, providing practical protection from the elements without encroaching on your inside living space.
In addition to the frame, which can be supplied in either Fresh Sawn Prime European Oak or Pressure Treated Softwood, we can provide optional cedar shingle roofing, side cladding or balustrades along with a choice of internal roof covering.
As with all our structures, our quality range of porches are constructed using traditional methods consisting of mortice and tenon joints and oak peg connections.
All products are delivered flat pack to your door with construction instructions.

How To Order Your Oak Framed Structure
If the exact structure you require is available above, you can place your order securely on this website, or can call us on 01455 209 038 to place your order.
If you’d like something bespoke, give us a call on 01455 209 038 or email enquiries@coltmanbros.co.uk with your requirements and we can give you a fixed quote.
Our ordering process is then:
- When you are ready to proceed, place your order online or over the phone.
- We create a computer design to your exact requirements. This takes 2 or 3 working days. We can change the design at this stage if required until you’re happy. Many people consult their builder at this point to double check the details.
- You approve the drawings and we put your structure into production. It is from this point that our quoted lead time begins. During this time, many people use the approved drawings to get all of their groundworks in place.
- When your oak structure is completed, we work with you to arrange delivery on a suitable day.
Delivery Information
Delivery :
We can deliver to anywhere in the country using our own vehicles. Your oak structure will be arrive all flat packed. You will require mechanical off load, or enough people to lift it off the vehicle! We can also arrange, via external contractor, a ‘HI AB’ off load, please contact us for prices.
Delivery time:
We are currently working on an approximate 4-8 weeks lead time from final drawing sign off.
